OUR STORY

We got tired of asking "magkano po?" and never getting an answer.

QuoteKita started with a simple, frustrating realization: in a country where almost every service business lives on Facebook, hardly any of them let you check a price or book a time. So we built the missing piece.

You find a shop on Google. You're ready to book. But there's no price, no schedule, no way in. So you message them and wait. And wait.

Multiply that by every aircon tech, salon, auto shop, and laundry in the Philippines, and you start to see the size of the problem.

01

It started with a search that went nowhere

Our founder, like everyone, looks things up on Google before buying. But every time, a dead end: a Facebook page with no prices, a number that rings out, a “PM for price” that turns into hours of waiting. Most don't even have a website, just a page and a Messenger inbox. No simple way to see the cost and book a time, the two things a customer actually wants.

02

Then we noticed it was everywhere

It wasn't one shop, it was nearly all of them. Plumbers, dentists, contractors, cleaners, technicians, thousands of hardworking businesses, invisible at the exact moment a customer was ready to pay. The big booking platforms were made for restaurants and hotels abroad, not a two-person aircon team in Quezon City.

"These businesses weren't lazy. They just never had a tool built for how they actually work."
03

Two people were losing, at the same time

Every missed message was a transaction that never happened, where both sides lost. The owner lost the job and the income. The customer lost time, gave up, and booked whoever answered first, often a bigger competitor with a flashier page, not necessarily better service. The smaller shop often does the better work. They just couldn't answer fast enough to win the customer.

04

So we built the part that was missing

QuoteKita is that missing piece: a simple way for any service business to give an instant price estimate and capture the customer as a lead, 24/7. No app store, no expensive website project, no technical know-how. Just a link to share on Facebook, Google, or a tarpaulin, that turns curious browsers into ready-to-book customers.

The hidden cost of "PM for price."

Every unanswered inquiry has two victims.

The business loses

  • Jobs never booked because the reply came too late
  • Income walking out the door unnoticed
  • Customers handed to bigger competitors with flashier pages
  • Hours wasted answering “magkano?” instead of doing the work

The customer loses

  • Time spent messaging shops that never reply
  • No way to compare prices or pick the right service
  • The frustration of being ready to pay with nowhere to click
  • Settling for whoever answered first, not who's best

WHY WE EXIST

To make every Filipino service business easy to find, price, and book.

A small shop that does great work should never lose a customer just because they couldn't answer in time. Technology shouldn't only serve the big players, it should give the small, hardworking ones a fair shot.

QuoteKita exists to close that gap, one estimator, one lead, one booked job at a time.

Proudly built in the Philippines, by Filipinos, for Filipino service businesses.

The QuoteKita team · Quezon City

Here for the small local business.

QuoteKita is for the small, local service providers who keep our communities running. The ones just starting out, and the ones starting again. Whatever stage you're in, we're here to help you grow.

The small local provider

The two-person aircon team, the home salon, the neighborhood laundry. You do honest, quality work, and you deserve tools that help your business be found, priced, and booked, just like the bigger shops.

Those just starting out

Starting a service business is hard, and every customer counts. We give you a professional way to quote and capture leads from day one, so you can focus on building something you're proud of.

Those starting again

Maybe a past venture didn't work out. Maybe you're rebuilding after a hard season. We believe in second chances, and we're here to help you get back on your feet, one booked job at a time.

The dreamer building something bigger

You're starting solo today, but you're building toward something. A team. A brand. Your own service empire someday. We're here from day one, so the systems that make you look professional now are the same ones that grow with you later.

The believer in transparency

While others hide their prices and make customers “PM for quote,” you choose to show up clear and upfront. We believe transparency builds trust, and trust brings customers. Honest pricing isn't a weakness. It's your strength.

The hardworking Filipino

Above all, QuoteKita is for the hardworking Pinoy who shows up every day to serve their community. You keep things running. The least we can do is help your business grow.

Made in the Philippines, by Filipinos.

We're not a foreign company guessing what local businesses need. We live here. We've stood in the same lines, sent the same "magkano po?" messages, and waited for the same replies that never came. QuoteKita is built by Filipinos who understand the Filipino service hustle, because we're part of it too. When you grow, the local tech scene grows with you.
